Renaming Holly Mann Blog

Recently, I have been thinking of changing the title of Holly Mann Blog to something more specific, applicable, and catchy. I know as I go along, this is not just going to be a blog about Holly Mann or Honest Riches. But then I also know that my life after buying Holly Mann's eBook, Honest Riches is what this blog is all about. Somehow, it connects but in a very general way. So in trying to end this dilemma, I came up with some titles and here they are:

Blogging Holly Mann
Holly Mann Babbles
HollyMannology
HollyMannia
HollyManngraphy

Wow, it's like thinking a title to a movie or a reality show. It's mind boggling. I welcome suggestions within or outside the list of titles above.

Here's an update on my website: the Scriptlance programmer is not replying to the message I posted to the message board. India time, I guess.

Today Is The First Day

It's time to go to work and get going. It was the weekend two days ago (I don't work weekends) and somehow I didn't feel like working when I woke up yesterday. Much to my surprise, Holly Mann posted a comment to this blog. Funny because at the course of this blog, I had tried to reach her to get a dwonload of the new version of Honest Riches and again to inquire about her free website offer through BlueHost. All those took time and lasted for at least a couple of weeks before she or her assistant contacted me. Now, because of this blog, she found me and she came to me. This attests to the power of blogging. I really can use Holly Mann's help but right now, my internet marketing career is in midair because my programmer/website designer at Scriptlance has been making qualified excuses ever since.

Here's what: the bid was $130 for 3 days. This is now the third week. Though I don't blame him (he is a sweet person just like Holly Mann), I am really unhappy with the lost time. But the excuses were all valid:

My web hosting account from Bluehost cannot accommodate the big chunk of space the program requires.

There was a regional festival in India and he needs to be home all day.

He was totally crammed due to overload of jobs which the local server could not accommodate.

His father was hospitalized and injured.

On my side of the world, I could not think of anything that's keeping me from work except for my one-year old and the Australian Open that started last week.

But as I said, it is time to get going, time to focus, time to concentrate. Today I re-start. Today is the first day of the rest of my internet marketing career.

First of all, I would like to thank you for taking the time to leave a comment in my blog. I'm glad you did not have any negative reaction to the blog, even if some posts are downright blunt.

Yes, the concept of this blog is to make an honest account of my internet marketing effort. From start to finish-- hopefully until I already got to where I set to go. I want to make money online and I have been working hard and working smart just to make it. Getting rich is very far from the picture yet. And right now, I cannot claim that I would because of all the bumps and the delays on the road. Somehow, when I get to where I want to go, I can look back through this blog and see how it all began.

Holly Mann, I consider you as my mentor. Your eBook, Honest Riches is the first investment I made online. Honest Riches taught me how the internet cash flow works in holistic way. Now, I understand a lot of things because of Honest Riches. Now, I know how to make money online. But it is always easier said than done. The road gets rougher and tougher as it goes.

As to the programmer at Scriptlance, I already escrowed the payment and just have to wait at what the project comes out to. I will be glad to share with you what the website is all about though I can't post it here. Not yet until it's done. Actually, I got the idea to do this website when I read from Honest Riches 2 that I could do any website that I could think of, no matter how big it is. That's why I pursued to have this ambitious website even if I have no inclination to do it.

You asked me if I was a writer and although I like to think that I am, I guess blogging, as it applies to everyone, has an explicable way of bringing out the writers in us. In my case, I write like this because I am not a born English speaker. Since I am writing in a foreign language, or a borrowed language, I have to write with care and respect to the language itself. But thanks for noticing. That is a very good compliment.

I will continue to write the Holly Mann Blog until I can honestly say that I am rich. Hopefully that's just down the road soon.

Drawing Inspiration from Holly Mann

It's another day of internet marketing. So far, things are looking up. I am steadily getting where I want to go. It is really hard sometimes when I don't see the end of where I'm going but today, I get a new surge of strength. I know I have to get strength somewhere because I have made up my mind not to give up.

Holly Mann, author of the eBook Honest Riches is a very strong woman. She made that impression to me when I read on one of her websites how she started her website out of a measly apartment in Thailand, out of an assembled computer, out of an erratic dial-up internet connection, out of having a sickly baby, out of her own. Yes, out of harsh conditions, she did it. From flat out broke to S12,000 in the fourth month. Who would not go for that suceess rags-to-riches kind of story?

Everyone of us become admirers of Holly Mann just reading her accounts of how she started her online marketing business. Now, she is a rich woman. But prior to that, I would say she is a wise woman. Or smart as people would call it.

I'm drawing my inspiration from Holly Mann. I know we all can learn from her. If not from internet marketing that made her rich, then from the strength, perseverance, and determination that made her the Honest Holly that she is.
