I already cancelled my BlueHost account. Bluehost is the recommended hosting by Holly Mann on her eBook, Honest Riches. It's the only reason I signed up with it without really thinking about megabyte or gigabyte space. Being a non-technical person that I always am (although I like to think that I am), I ignore these terms and often don't take them into a consideration. Well, a site is a site for what it is. I didn't know that there are mechanics going on behind it.
I can't cancel Bluehost online because there was just no option. I have to create a ticket, which I did. I did not cancel right away, I just posted a message to the technical support that there was an error. Later, I called to talk to the phone reps to cancel.
Cancellation went very smooth. The lady on the other end just asked me why I was cancelling, after that she said I got a full refund and an email confirmation has been sent to the email address on my file.
The only thing is, it did not arrive on my inbox. Have to wait 3-5 days to see if I my credit card gets refunded. Even my domain name has been released. I just checked and it is now available. I have to register again with another company. My site needs at least 2GB in order to run. Hopefully, it will work out this time.
So now I conclude this is another failed Holly Mann/Honest Riches step that I took.
